ELD Orthodontics is proud to offer a fun new program for our younger patients who may not be ready for orthodontic treatment.

*Dr. Eric’s Kids Club Members will receive an exclusive T-Shirt, Membership Card, Lanyard and a Prize Machine Token at each visit with Dr. Eric.

*Be sure to bring your membership card each time you visit the office. Show your card to Dr. Eric, he will check out your smile and award you with a Prize Machine Token to win a fun prize.

*Program designed specifically for younger patients, siblings and friends who visit ELD Orthodontics but aren’t quite ready for orthodontic treatment.
