John - Practice Manager 

I recently relocated from Michigan to Angola, embracing a new chapter in his life while staying deeply connected to his roots. I am a proud father of two adult children, and I value family above all else. As a passionate University of Michigan football fan, I enthusiastically follow the Wolverines season after season — Go Blue!

Shawna - Treatment Coordinator

I've worked for ELD since 2018 at the Front Desk. I enjoy working with Dr. Eric and the staff and seeing our patients every day. I am happily married with 2 daughters. We enjoy being outside as much as possible and traveling whenever we can.

Dorothy - Clinic Technician

It brings me joy to see the smiles that have been created over the 20 years that I have been in the orthodontic field.  In my spare time, I like to travel with my husband, go hiking, and find new places to eat. I also have three handsome sons, a spoiled fur baby Duke, and a grandson that I adore.

Kelsey - Clinic Technician

I am an Angola local,  having 2 kiddos, 2 dogs, and way too many cats. In my off time, I enjoy doing nails and ballroom dancing. I have been working at ELD since 2022 and have enjoyed watching every transformation I have been privileged to work on. Debands are my favorite appointment because I get to see the look on the patient’s face when they get to see their new smile for the first time. Can't wait to help you next!! 

Natalie - Clinic Technician

I came here from Ionia Michigan and attended Grand Rapids Community College, where I obtained my Associated Degree in Dental Assisting and became a board-certified Registered Dental Assistant. I love being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Melinda - Lab Manager

I wear many hats here. You will usually find me in the lab, but I'm also in the clinic and at the front desk. I'm a mother of three boys and happily married. I love spending time with my family.

Trisha - Front Desk Supervisor

I've been working at ELD since 2021 and I love talking to patients all day long and watching their beautiful smiles come to life with every appointment.  I have 2 kids and my fur baby Pepper. Also, I am a team mom of the Angola Archer competitive cheer team. I love spending time with my husband, kids, and family outside of work, we go to a lot of sprint car and NASCAR races.  I am a huge movie buff especially 80's to early 2000's movies. 

Michelle - Front Desk

After 18 years in HVAC world, I started a new beginning in Orthodontics. I'm married, have two kids children, and a bonus son. I love spending time with my 6 littles and fur baby Jules. 

Kaydance - Front Desk

I am an Angola local with three dogs—Jax, Marley, and Mavrick. In my free time, I love shopping, hanging out with friends, and tackling home projects. I work at the front desk and am so excited to see everyone achieve their dream smile!
